When it comes to scheduling your maternity photo session, the sweet spot is usually in the third trimester, between 26 and 34 weeks. That's when you've got that gorgeous baby bump but you're still feeling pretty comfortable.
YES! If you're hoping to incorporate a little couples maternity into your shoot, your extra plus-one is welcome to join us. While we don't have a Client Closet curated for them, we do have posing prompts. No need to stress about how "awkward" any one is in front of the camera or whipping out their own poses on the spot. We will guide you both through every pose, expression, and outfit!
We include professional hair and makeup in our session for two reasons:
First things first. Our studio equipment, cameras and lenses, are top of the line, baby! Having your hair and makeup done hides any imperfections you may have on the day of your shoot and helps accentuate your bone structure, eyes, etc... which in-turn makes for a striking end result!
The second reason is that Boudoir can be a little intimidating for most people which is totally understandable. Boudoir shoots here at Pink Door Photo Studio are an experience. We aim to make it as relaxing and stress free as possible for you. You just sit back and relax, let our Glam Squad do the work for you.

We have several options in our Boudoir Client Closet that work for Maternity if you're looking to show some skin. Two piece sets are a great way to show off the belly. Simple maternity gowns and our Luxe Robes bring a little extra drama to your gorgeous frame.
For our mamas that are wanting to add some casual touches to their shoot, we recommend bringing in options you know you love! Think, jeans + a simple bra or a long flowing dress that hugs all the right places. Including more casual looks are a great option for PG insta posts!
We retouch 100% of our images, but how much editing your images get is up to you! Some clients want a little editing, and some want a lot.
We always edit out pimples, bruises, scratches and under eye circles as those things are non-permanent on your body. We give all of our clients the option to remove things such as cellulite, stretch marks, scars, etc. Sometimes wardrobe and posing can cause lumps and bumps, so we will fix those things. We are able to do subtle body contouring for clients who request it, but it's not something we do unless you ask.

The founder and visionary for all things Pink Door Photo. In 2012, Brianna started “Brianna Gamble Photography” out of her home and shot anything and everything she could get her lens in front of. Through years of photo shoots and crazy experiences, her heart set on high school senior portraits. After becoming the most sought-after senior photographer in the Northern California area, Brianna continued to expand her skills and brand into the boudoir and branding genres! 10 years later, the Pink Door Photo founder is still shooting, dreaming, and scheming for her next big project!

Tamika may be our lead boudoir photographer, but her talents don’t stop there! Before Tamika joined the Pink Door team in 2020, she was a professional hair stylist. You could say she just has a passion for helping women feel their most beautiful and confident! Tamika not only shoots most of our boudoir clients’ sessions, but she also works behind the scenes as a skin-retoucher and photo editor.
